With over 40 acres of grassland and woodlands, we’re perfectly situated near the Peak District National Park, making us an ideal base for hiking, mountain biking, climbing, and more.

We offer a range of accommodation options to suit your group’s needs:
Our expansive fields can host up to 2,500 campers, making it ideal for both large events and smaller patrol camps. Freshwater points are conveniently located throughout the site.
For those preferring indoor stays, we have several options
Barn Complex: Suitable for large groups, equipped with dormitories and communal areas.
Lynmouth Chalet: A cozy chalet perfect for medium-sized groups.
The Dairy: Ideal for smaller groups seeking a comfortable stay.
Field Warden Hut: A quaint option for solo leaders or small teams.
Toilets & Showers: Modern facilities are available across the site, ensuring convenience and comfort.
Catering & Kitchen Facilities: Self-catering is encouraged. Our camp kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, and we provide a fridge and freezer room for food storage.

Linnet Clough is designed for adventure, offering a wide range of exciting, challenging activities for Scouts and Guides. Whether you’re testing your courage on the high ropes, zip wire, or climbing walls, honing your aim with archery and rifle shooting, or working as a team in orienteering and pioneering, there’s something for everyone.
For those who love the outdoors, we offer bushcraft sessions, campfire cooking, and survival skills, ensuring young people gain hands-on experience in fire lighting, shelter building, and outdoor problem-solving.
