At Linnet Clough we have the full range of sleeping accommodation, you could turn up with a tarp and bivvy, pitch up with a tent, hire our Z beds, or go for the cosy bunk beds indoors. All our buildings come with kitchens ranging from large catering for groups and events down to small for just a few people.

The Barn Complex is our largest accommodation sleeping up to 49 people across 6 dormitories, this gives plenty of flexibility for large groups. The complex comprises of four separate buildings which were converted from the old farm buildings.
The whole complex is central heated and the dormitories have full size bunk beds, for larger groups the staff annex is sometimes available, please contact the office for details.

Linnet clough can accommodate up to 2500 campers including ample activity space on our large camping fields which makes our site ideal for large group camps and events, there is also plenty of small spaces for patrol, D of E, hammock and backwoods camps.
We have 6 fresh water points throughout the camping areas so your never to far from a tap.
There is a toilet block on the caping fields with hot water and showers, the main toilet block is located in the camp centre, and a third toilet block up at the other end of the site next to the Lynmouth so there is plenty of provision for even the busiest periods.
Open fires are allowed in the alters provided, along with backwards cooking in specified areas, a well-stocked woodpile and ample dead wood in the woodlands supports this.
In the case of an emergency due to severe weather The Storm Hut, situated centrally on the camping fields, is a shelter for all campers. At other times this houses the Bouldering and Indoor Caving.
